Editorial Policy & Transparency

A candid statement of the standards being prepared, including what the project can prove today and what still needs an operating decision.

Last updated: 28 July 2026

1. Status of this policy

This page sets the editorial standard the publication should adopt before production. It does not claim that unverified internal processes already occur. The responsible publisher, correction contact, approval responsibilities and artificial-intelligence disclosure rule remain to be formally confirmed.

2. Editorial purpose

The Business Doer aims to turn business concepts into usable guidance: what a tool is, when it is useful, how to apply it, where it fails and what to do next. The intended principles are practical over theoretical, clear over complicated, actionable over inspirational, structured over superficial and useful over decorative.

3. Research and sources

Factual claims should be checked against suitable primary or authoritative sources. Sources should be attributed when a claim depends on a particular publication, dataset, law, framework origin or quotation. Opinion, inference, illustrative examples and measured facts should be distinguishable. No expert review, university affiliation or fact-checking team should be claimed unless it actually exists.

4. Originality and rights

Published material should be original or used under a documented permission, licence or legal exception. Quotations should be proportionate and attributed. Images, diagrams and datasets require a recorded source and rights basis. The current content model includes author, update date, image alt text and media metadata fields to support those controls.

5. Corrections and updates

Substantive errors should be assessed promptly, corrected transparently and reflected in the article’s updated date where appropriate. A working corrections channel must be published before launch: [CORREO LEGAL PENDIENTE]. The exact correction log and escalation process have not yet been confirmed.

6. Commercial transparency and independence

No sponsored-content, affiliate or advertising integration was found in the project. If introduced, paid relationships and affiliate links should be disclosed prominently where they affect the reader, never disguised as independent editorial judgement. Commercial involvement should not be allowed to silently alter conclusions.

7. Artificial intelligence

The project does not contain a confirmed policy describing whether or how AI tools assist research, drafting, translation, illustration or editing. The publisher must decide and document that practice. At minimum, accountable human review, source verification, confidentiality safeguards, rights checks and correction responsibility should remain in place; material AI-generated or synthetic content should be disclosed when omission would mislead readers.

8. Limitations and accountability

Editorial content is not professional advice and cannot account for every business context. The named author and responsible publisher should be accountable for what is published. Ownership and final editorial responsibility remain pending until [NOMBRE O RAZÓN SOCIAL PENDIENTE] is completed and validated.
