1. Who publishes this work
The Business Doer is published under the responsibility of THE BUSINESS DOER LLC. The byline "The Business Doer" identifies the publication, not an independently credentialed expert. Articles are published in English; translated navigation is not a translation of the article. Owner and contact details are listed in the Legal Notice.
2. Editorial purpose
The Business Doer aims to turn business concepts into usable guidance: what a tool is, when it is useful, how to apply it, where it fails and what to do next. The intended principles are practical over theoretical, clear over complicated, actionable over inspirational, structured over superficial and useful over decorative.
3. Research and sources
Factual claims should be checked against suitable primary or authoritative sources. Sources should be attributed when a claim depends on a particular publication, dataset, law, framework origin or quotation. Opinion, inference, illustrative examples and measured facts should be distinguishable. No expert review, university affiliation or fact-checking team should be claimed unless it actually exists.
4. Originality and rights
Published material should be original or used under a documented permission, licence or legal exception. Quotations should be proportionate and attributed. Images, diagrams and datasets require a recorded source and rights basis. A citation does not grant permission to reproduce an entire work, and a tool or diagram does not establish ownership of the underlying business concept.
5. Corrections and updates
Substantive errors should be assessed promptly, corrected transparently and reflected in the article's updated date where appropriate. Report a concern through the contact form or thebusinessdoer@gmail.com. Include the article URL, the passage in question and any evidence supporting the correction. No response time is guaranteed. A formal correction log and escalation process have not yet been confirmed by the publisher.
6. Commercial transparency and independence
AdSense preparation exists but advertising is deliberately disabled. No sponsored-content or affiliate workflow was found. If introduced, paid relationships and affiliate links should be disclosed prominently where they affect the reader, never disguised as independent editorial judgement. Commercial involvement should not be allowed to silently alter conclusions.
7. Artificial intelligence
AI assistance has been used to prepare and integrate the current articles, diagrams, interactive worksheets and interface translations. All articles are manually reviewed and curated before publication. The publisher approves the final content and remains responsible for what is published.
The article calculators and worksheets use your inputs and predefined rules. They do not ask an AI model to investigate your business or verify the evidence you enter. Hypothetical examples are illustrations, not client results. A completed worksheet is not a validated business recommendation.
From 2 August 2026, Article 50 of the EU Artificial Intelligence Act applies transparency duties to certain AI-generated or manipulated content. Text published to inform the public on matters of public interest must be labelled where required unless it has undergone substantive human editorial review and a person assumes editorial responsibility. Deepfake image, audio or video requires clear disclosure subject to the Regulation’s specific exceptions. A cosmetic edit must not be portrayed as substantive review.
8. Limitations and accountability
Editorial content is not professional advice and cannot account for every business context. The named author and responsible publisher should be accountable for what is published. The responsible publisher is THE BUSINESS DOER LLC, which assumes final editorial responsibility for what is published.
