2. Purpose and general use
The Business Doer is an English-language digital publication about practical business tools, frameworks, models and topics. It also presents The Business Doer Lab and accepts non-binding project enquiries, as well as private general contact messages. Visitors must use the site lawfully and refrain from disrupting its operation, bypassing access controls, introducing harmful code, submitting false information or infringing third-party rights.
3. Intellectual and industrial property
The Business Doer name, visual design, original articles, diagrams and software elements may be protected by intellectual or industrial property rights. Rights remain with their respective owner or licensor. No broad licence is granted by visiting the site. Limited quotation, linking and other statutory exceptions remain available where the law permits.
4. Editorial character and no professional advice
Articles are intended to explain how business concepts may be used. They do not replace legal, tax, financial, accounting, investment or other professional advice. Examples and frameworks may be incomplete, become outdated or produce different outcomes in different contexts. Users must make their own assessment or consult a qualified professional.
5. External links
Links to independent websites are offered for reference. The owner does not control their availability, content, security or data practices and is not responsible for later changes. A link does not by itself imply endorsement or a commercial relationship.
6. Forms and user-provided information
No public comments or public user-generated content exist. The newsletter form sends information privately for the purpose described in the Privacy Policy. The active Business Lab form stores a private, non-binding project enquiry through a validated server function; anonymous visitors cannot read those records. The general contact form is also designed to store messages privately through a validated function once its separate migration is applied; it does not publish the message or send an automated email. Users should submit only information they are entitled to disclose and avoid unnecessary sensitive, confidential or third-party data.
7. Availability, security and responsibility
Reasonable technical controls are implemented, but continuous availability, absolute security and error-free content cannot be guaranteed. The owner may correct, update, suspend or remove content. Any exclusion or limitation applies only within the limits of mandatory law and does not remove non-waivable consumer or statutory rights.
8. Advertising, analytics, sponsorship and affiliates
AdSense client configuration and article-level ad flags exist, but Google Funding Choices has been removed and advertising is deliberately hard-blocked until a single certified CMP, IAB TCF v2.3 configuration and live consent audit are complete. There is no active affiliate-link or sponsored-content workflow.
Lovable hosting currently injects project analytics before the application consent choice. This is disclosed as an unresolved launch blocker in the Privacy and Cookie Policies and must be disabled or properly gated at hosting level. Commercial relationships must always be identified clearly before activation.
9. Law, jurisdiction and contact
Applicable law and jurisdiction cannot be finalised until the owner’s establishment and customer model are confirmed. Mandatory protections of consumers and users continue to apply. Notices about the site should be sent to [LEGAL EMAIL ADDRESS PENDING].
